We’re delighted to announce we’ve launched our Affiliated Coach package. When we created UltraSwim 33.3 we always knew we wanted it to be so much more than a race.
As the swimmers of #2 Montenegro demonstrated, there can be life-changing moments for some, as new chapters begin both on and off the water, friendships are formed and personal goals are reached. However, parallel to this, our ambition is to make our events the 'place to be' for those working in the open water swim ecosystem too.
In Montenegro a few weeks ago, we had an incredible array of people from across the sport, industry, and spectrum of the open water world - including Paul Newsome of Swim Smooth whose training plans and guidance were used to help prepare the swimmers for the 33.3 challenge in the preceding months. There were also numerous other qualified coaches of various levels from across the world who were swimming the event, and bringing their own clients with them.
Our goal is to create a great business development tool for you - a commercially interesting event to bring your clients to, as well as super-charged emotional impactful experience that can transform the relationships you already have, as well as forge new ones. We can provide extra resources on-site for you as a coach allowing you to provide additional services to your own swimmers during the event, and financial incentives for you - both on your own participation costs (whether you swim or not) and income linked to the number of clients you bring to the event.
That’s why we've created our Affiliated Coach label for professional coaches. Those who want to use our event to bring new or existing clients on epic swim adventures. We’ll take the logistical hassle of an organised trip off your hands, allowing you to focus on what really matters with your swimmers.
Of course, we’ll continue to have an UltraSwim 33.3 coaching and preparation team in place for swimmers who don't already have a coach, but this new label allows you to grow your business and clientele off the basis of an existing successful event.
