Prize Draw - from Virtual to Reality - your chance to win a FREE entry into an UltraSwim 33.3 Event!

All those completing the challenge will be put in to a free draw to win an ULTRA package entry to an UltraSwim 33.3 event in 2026 , events include #12Croatia (15-18 May) #14Switzerland (24-27July), #15Greece (18-21 Sept) or #16Montenegro (2-5 October). If you’re unable to join us in 2026 all events in 2027 will apply.

Prize value of the winning entry worth 4,000 Euros.

Once you have completed just the Half Channel (16.65km) between 1-31 March 2026, you will be entered in a draw into win the following prizes -

1 English Channel/Captain Webb Prize

UltraSwim 33.3 ULTRA event entry + your non swimming partner to any event 2026 or the same event in 2027, which includes the following -

  • Airport transfers (grouped transfers) one day before the event (Thursday , and return on the Monday (last day of event after Prize giving).

  • Hotel 3-4* (4 nights) and early breakfasts. Check-in on Thursday - check-out on a Monday.

  • Bring your partner (friend / family or a fan!) and we will cover the room share, transfers and F3 programme, where they join the partner boat, follow the racing, have a dip and join you for lunch each day and prize giving.

  • Race management and timing, safety boats/kayaks, medical boat, race briefings, feed-station nutrition never more than 5km apart, start/finish boat and land transfers

  • 33.3 pre-event training plan and training support channel and preparation webinars

  • Finish line refuel lunches

Entry Terms and Conditions

  1. Competition Overview

The competition (“#11Virtual") is organised by UltraSwim 33.3, powered by Precision Fuel and Hydration. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If in the meantime you enter one of our events, and then win one of 3 free entries - we'll of course credit you accordingly.

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to all individuals of any age. (For the prize winner the minimum age for entry is 14 years old - accompanied by an adult over 18)

  • Employees, affiliates, or direct family members of UltraSwim 33.3 are not eligible to enter.

  • Participants must be able to travel to attend the event.

3. Entry Requirements

  • Entries must be submitted via the website form found HERE.

  • The competition runs from 1 - 31 March 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Winner Selection & Notification - Prize Draw

  • The winner will be selected by 30 April 2026 from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be notified by email by 2 May 2026 of the competition closing date.

  • If no response is received by 10 May, UltraSwim 33.3 reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  • Swimmers entered in events in 2026 will have their prizes delivered at the events they are attending.

  • Other swimmers will be contacted for an address to have their prizes posted to them.

5. Travel Requirements

  • The winner is responsible for arranging and funding their own travel the country of the event

  • The prize does not include flights, visas, travel insurance, transfers, meals (unless stated within the event package), or other personal expenses.

7. Participation & Training

  • The winner must comply with any mandatory training requirements, onboarding calls, webinars, or safety preparation set by UltraSwim 33.3 and its partners prior to the event.

  • Failure to complete required preparations may result in prize forfeiture, without alternative compensation.

8. No Cash Alternative

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.

  • Option to roll your entry into 2027 event but not beyond.

  • If the winner cannot attend the event or otherwise use the prize, it will be reallocated at the sole discretion of UltraSwim 33.3.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Participation in open water swimming and associated training activities involves inherent risk. By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges participation is undertaken at their own risk.

  • UltraSwim 33.3 accept no responsibility for injury, illness, loss, or damage suffered in connection with the competition or event.

  • It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they are physically and medically fit to participate, including obtaining any required medical clearance or insurance.

  • UltraSwim 33.3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice where circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

10. Publicity & Data Protection

  • By entering, participants agree that their name, likeness, photography, and video footage may be used for promotional and marketing purposes related to the competition and UltraSwim 33.3, without additional compensation.

  • All personal data will be processed in accordance with UltraSwim 33.3’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for administering the competition or delivering the prize.
