Anna-Karin coaches technique and open water performance, sharing training guidance with swimmers around the world.

Swimming has always been a part of my life. I grew up in the competitive lanes; trained hard, raced and chased seconds as an elite swimmer on the international stage. I know what it is like to push hard. I also know what it is like to hit a wall, to lose the joy for swimming and to find my way back to the water and on my own terms. That is what shaped Simcoachen. Today, I coach swimmers of all levels since 2012; from complete beginners to triathlete pros and open water swimmers. I have my background both in Total Immersion and Swim Smooth and I love helping people to not just work on strength in the water but to be more effective and efficient. I coach both in the pool and open water; private sessions, group training, online programs and camps throughout the year, both in Sweden where I am based and other countries.
