Complete the entry form and pay the €500 reserve payment to secure your place. This is fully refundable for 30 days, giving swimmers full peace of mind while they make their plans.

Finalise your adventure
Our team then works with you to finalise your hotel, travel, upgrades and any additional requirements like extra nights, while you gain access to the swimmer community, training support and preparation programme. If life throws you a curved ball later on, our super flexible rollover conditions allow you to move what you paid without any penalty up to 62 days before to another event later in the year or even in the following calendar year.

Four nights at a comfortable spa hotel base, with your early swimmer breakfasts and post-swim refuel lunches included. Options to upgrade, single occupancy, extra nights, non-swimming partners.
Kayak and safety boat cover, trained crews and clear briefings across every stage of the event. Feed stations on every stage > 5km, and a team looking after you from the day you enter to the final finish line.

Yes. A €500 deposit secures your place and is fully refundable within 30 days. It is there so you can hold your spot while you make a final decision, with no risk during that window.
We do not do this as an usual action. The more usual line is that the remaining balance, with deposit taken off, is only payable until 6 months before the event. That said, if you really need to pay in more regular smaller installments we will consider this. After your deposit you can , as an exception, spread the balance over time ahead of the event. Tell us what works for you when you book and we will set up a plan together.
All inclusive packages from €1,800 cover the four day swim, luxury accommodation, world class safety, the preparation programme, feed and support, and your place in the community. Exact inclusions are listed on each event page.
Usually less, and our rollover conditions are really flexible. Life changes, and we would rather help you find another event than lose you. Get in touch as early as you can and we will do our best to move your place to another event in the future that works for you.
