3–6 June 2027
#18 GREECE [Milos] — The Aphrodite Edition
Moonscapes, deep blue aegean waters, cave passages, 100m long narrow passages - Aphrodite overlooks you in this epic adventure swim heaven in the Cyclades.
Based in the whitewashed fishing village of Pollonia, this full edition traces the volcanic coastline of Milos past the lunar white rock of Sarakiniko and the sculpted cliffs of Kleftiko. The 33.3km unfolds as five to seven swims across four days, through sea caves, secret beaches and sheltered turquoise bays, often accompanied by turtles and dolphins. Swim event #18 from 3 - 6 June 2027, with water at 20 to 22°C and warmer still in the sheltered bays. Calm, sun drenched mornings and long daylight hours make this the first true taste of the Greek summer. Nervous about the swimming? A two day preparation camp runs immediately before the event.
23–26 July 2027
#19 SWITZERLAND for Léman hope — The 'Lake' edition
The course crosses Lac Léman beneath UNESCO vineyards and with the Alps as a breathtaking backdrop, taking in Montreux, Lausanne and the Château de Chillon. The signature marathon is a 12.6km Lausanne to Evian crossing from Switzerland into France, and only here can you attempt the non stop ULTIMATE option in 2027 - a double crossing Lausanne > Evian > Lausanne. Swim event #19 from 23 - 26 July 2027 across four days. This is our only freshwater venue, with the lake at 23 to 26°C this time of year. Conditions are often mirror calm, but the lake can serve up some variety when it wants!

17–20 September 2027
#20 GREECE [Skopelos] — The 'Mamma Mia' Edition
Greece's greenest island, Skopelos crown jewel of the Sporades islands offer stunning waters, wild coast lines, and great hospitality - famous for its Mamma Mia! film locations. Hosted at the waterfront Adrina group of family owned hotels in Panormos, Skopelos offers the most remotes on the calendar, with beaches and bays reachable only by sea. The 33.3km circles the greenest island in Greece, passing the clifftop Agios Ioannis church of Mamma Mia fame. Swim event #20 from 17 - 20 September 2027. The water is the warmest of any European venue at 23 to 26°C, though September can turn the sheltered coves lively. An optional sunset swim runs when conditions allow.
1–4 October 2027
#21 MONTENEGRO [Bay of Kotor] — The 'Fjords to the Sea' Edition
Swim between Europe's most southernmost fjord, and out along the wild Adriatic coast, with all swimmers based in the 5* Hotel Lazure. The founders favourite! Our founding venue returns for a sixth year, based at the wonderful Lazure Hotel and Marina in Melijne, near Herceg Novi. We aim to swim around the Lustica peninsula, and the course includes a traverse of the Blue Cave, loops the Mamula fortress island, passes inside an abandoned Cold War submarine pen and starts with a 2km country - country crossing from Croatia back to Montenegro. Swim event #21 from 1 - 4 October 2027 across four days and six swims, in Adriatic water of 21 to 23°C. Expect anything from summer like afternoon heat and flat calm fjord to a challenging, exposed coastal course. Still the Founders' favourite.
