Fay completed a 75km charity swim over four days and founded Jurassic Coast Swimming to share her love of the water.

Jurassic Coast Swimming was started after I swam a charity swim of 75km over 4 days. Born from a passion for endurance swimming we now work with beginners and experienced swimmers alike. I have swum both number 3 Croatia and number 5 Montenegro and took a team with me to Montenegro to swim both 22.2 and 33.3. We have extensive knowledge and experience of not only the UltraSwim 33.3 events but endurance sea swimming as a whole and can help you with all aspects of training from nutrition and mental resilience to sea swim technique and dryland strength and conditioning. We have an enthusiastic and experienced swim team to help you develop your long distance dreams.
